Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated volunteer with expertise in impact measurement, management, and reporting. Your role will be vital in helping us quantify the success of our programs, communicate our achievements to stakeholders, and continuously improve our approach to social equity in the built environment.
Key Needs:
Impact Measurement: Develop and implement tools and methodologies to measure the impact of SEAM’s programs and initiatives on social equity in the built environment.
Impact Management: Analyze data and insights to manage and optimize the effectiveness of our programs, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives.
Impact Reporting: Create clear and compelling impact reports that communicate the outcomes and successes of our initiatives to stakeholders, funders, and the community.
Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our impact measurement and management processes.
Suggested Qualifications:
Experience in impact measurement, management, and reporting, particularly in a nonprofit or social enterprise context.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and impactful reporting.
Passion for social equity and commitment to SEAM’s mission.

Service Requirements for earning SEAM Memberships:
Individual Member: 10 hours of volunteer service annually
Standing Member: 20 hours of volunteer service annually
Ladder Member: 60 hours of volunteer service annually
Arc Member: 150 hours of volunteer service annually
